CAMPING AND TOURING

Your Booking

By making a reservation you agree to our terms and conditions.

Please note that Parkland is an ADULTS only (over 18) and a NON DOG site

To sercure a booking a non refundable deposit is required.

To secure a touring and camping  booking a deposit of 25% (or full payment for bookings of four nights or less and selected special offers) is required.  The remaining balance is due twenty eight days prior to your arrival. 

You will only have a confirmed booking if you receive a confirmation email from Parkland. Please check this confirmation to ensure we have all the details of your reservation correct, this confirmation will be based on the details given on our online booking form. Should there be an error please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to receive a hard copy of our confirmation please send us a SAE, otherwise all correspondence will be via email.

Parkland reserves the right to refuse admission and or terminate any booking at any time without explanation.

Parkland accepts no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage or injury to person/s or property.

Please note Parkland does not accept dogs (except registered assistance dogs by prior arrangement only). Other pets by arrangement only.

Specific pitches or site areas may be requested, but we are unable to guarantee your requests, but we will do our best!

Groups are by prior arrangement only, please phone site office to discuss details.

All site facilities and terms are subject to alteration without prior notice.

We kindly ask you to be considerate to other site users and in particular request quiet time from 10pm to 8am.

For touring and camping you are welcome to arrive for check in from midday onwards, latest check in is 7pm. Should you require a later check in please contact us to discuss the situation.

Additional TERMS & CONDITIONS for Glamping & Self Catering

Please note that Parkland is an ADULTS only (over 18) and a NON DOG site

Each property is for a maximum two persons only.

Pets are not allowed in any of our properties or on the site.

All properties are non smoking. We do not allow candles or naked flames in the property or within two metres externally.

To sercure a booking a non refundable deposit is required.

To secure a self catering or glamping reservation a deposit of 50% is required, or full payment for stays of five nights or less. The remaining balance is is due 28 days prior to your arrival.

You will only have a confirmed booking if you receive a confirmation email from Parkland. Please check this confirmation to ensure we have all the details of your reservation correct, this confirmation will be based on the details given on our online booking form. Should there be an error please contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to receive a hard copy of our confirmation please send us a SAE, otherwise all correspondence will be via email.

You are welcome to arrive for check in from 3.30pm onwards, latest check in is 7.00pm.  Should you require a later check-in please contact us.

We ask you to vacate the property by 10am. Unfortunately we do not have the option to offer a late check out. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy.

We do not ask for a damage deposit, BUT we request that you notify us immediately if there are any issues. In certain circumstances an additional fee will be requested to cover replacement or repair costs.

We kindly ask you to be considerate to other site users and in particular request quiet time from 10pm to 8am.

Each property has one allocated car parking space.

Your unit will be prepared for your arrival with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person.  Additional towels can be hired on request. 
For stays of 7 nights or more a mid-stay linen change is available on request. Should you require a mid-stay clean or extra linens additional charges will apply.

Access to your property is by key entry, should you lose your key a replacement charge of £10.00 will apply.

Any lost property found will be held for a maximum of one month. Postage and packaging fees will apply if you would like your items returned.

We reserve the right of entry to our property at a mutually convenient time to carry out essential repairs or maintenance.

Cancellation Policy for all bookings

All deposits and site fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations or alterations must be advised of in writing. Full payment is required if cancellation is received within one month of your arrival date.

We regret no refund is given if you vacate your pitch or accommodation prior to your confirmed departure date.

Once a booking is confirmed you are legally obliged to pay the balance owing.

Please ensure you have adequate holiday cancellation insurance. Should you cancel you reservation within 28 days of your arrival all fees are non refundable unless we are able to fully relet the period you had booked for, this will be less your deposit, administration and additional marketing fees incurred.

Every effort is made to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. However if you have any problems or cause of complaint it is essential that you contact us immediately to allow us the chance to rectify any situation.
