Parkland offers you a selection of fully serviced, grass, standard, premier and deluxe super pitches, some with private facilities.

The site has a large, wide entrance for easy access and we offer our pitches for tents, trailer tents, caravans and motorhomes, including RV’s up to 13 metres.

Adults only (aged 18 and over)
Dogs are not permitted on site
Arrival Time: Pitches are available from 12.00pm onwards, latest arrival 7.00pm
For late arrivals (after 7pm) please contact the site to discuss options for a later arrival
Departure Time: All pitches to be vacated by 11.30am
Gas and charcoal BBQ’s are permitted but must be raised from the ground
Sorry, no disposable BBQ’s
Please note BBQ’s may be subject to weather and ground conditions
Quiet time from 10.00pm to 8.00am – please respect all site users
Please note only GREEN chemical fluid is permitted for the on-site chemical toilet waste disposal.

Your Booking

By making a reservation you agree to our terms and conditions.

Please note that all bookings are for adults aged 18 and over only.

To secure a booking a non refundable deposit is required. For touring and camping reservations the deposit request is 25% of the booking total, or full payment for stays of four nights or less. The remaining balance for your stay is due 28 days prior to your arrival.

You will only have a confirmed booking if you receive a confirmation email from Parkland. Please check this confirmation to ensure we have all the details of your reservation correct, this confirmation will be based on the details given on our online booking form. Should there be an error please contact us as soon as possible.

Parkland reserves the right to refuse admission and or terminate any booking at any time without explanation.

Parkland accepts no responsibility for inconvenience, loss, damage or injury to person/s or property.

Please note Parkland does not accept dogs (except registered assistance dogs by prior arrangement only).

Specific pitches or site areas may be requested, but we are unable to guarantee your requests, but we will do our best!

Cancellation Policy

All deposits and site fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations or alterations must be advised of in writing.

We regret no refund is given if you vacate your pitch prior to your confirmed departure date.

Once a booking is confirmed you are legally obliged to pay the balance owing.

Please ensure you have adequate holiday cancellation insurance.

Tonto’s View is a luxury one bedroom bungalow with lovely views over the adjacent rolling countryside.

Owls Flights is a luxury one bedroom cabin with stunning views across the fields down to the Estuary.

Auntie Bett’s is a small and cosy double room with en-suite shower/wc and micro kitchen.

The bed in each property is prepared with quality linens.
One hand towel and one bath towel per person are provided
Linen and towel changes can be arranged. (additional charges may apply)
Parking for one car is available next to each unit

Glamping

Parkland is delighted to offer you high quality ‘glamping’ options.

Garden View is our lovely cabin with double bed, ensuite shower/wc and views over the countryside towards Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

Estuary View is a small shepherds hut with large double bed, private shower/wc, and outside decking with stunning views towards the estuary.

The site also offers four glamping pods, each with double beds, cooking facilities and outside decking with views over the site. Two have ensuite toilet and washbasin.

Seasonal

A seasonal pitch at Parkland offers you the ideal base to explore and enjoy all that this area of outstanding natural beauty within South Devon has to offer, whether it’s just for weekends or the whole summer.

We offer different types of seasonal pitches:

Summer use only with winter storage
All year round use
All year or summer only with private facilities

Your pitch is for one caravan or motorhome, with an awning (limited months) and one car
All occupants must be aged 18 and over
Full use of site facilities (please visit our facilities page)
Your package includes limited nights use
Electric is metered and chargeable, but you will receive a generous allowance within your package period
Your caravan must be insured.
Your caravan must have up to date service, gas and electrical certificates
Your caravan must be road legal at all times.
Please remember that you must notify us of your arrival on site and on departure
Please remember the site barrier is closed between the hours of 11.30pm and 6.45am
Please note we are a non dog site

The payment of your seasonal pitch is to be made in full prior to the commencement date of your contract or by prior arrangement in certain circumstances the cost of the seasonal pitch can be made in instalments as agreed in your signed contract.

Our seasonal pitches are not for residential use. Your package will include a limited number of nights. No sub-letting. You may allow family and friends to use your caravan in your absence (by prior arrangement), but our normal site fees will be applicable. All occupants must be aged 18 and over.

Your caravan must be road legal at all times, this includes your tyres, brakes, lights, hitches and locks. You will be responsible for any expenses incurred by Parkland in making your caravan road legal. A relevant copy of your certificates of servicing and gas safety/electrical checks must be supplied.

Your caravan must be kept in a clean and structurally sound condition at all time. Please do not use the underneath of your caravan as storage area when not in use. You are welcome to have one small storage box to the rear or side of your caravan, this must be in good condition and be within your pitching area.

Please do not use normal domestic appliances in your caravan or awning such as fridges/freezers/washing machines.

All caravans and contents are left at the owners risk. Parkland accepts no responsibility for injury, inconvenience, loss or damage to persons or property or the ability to use your property in the event of government enforced restrictions or ‘force majeure’ events. Should the site be forced to close there will be no recompense.

A full set of keys (doors/alarms/hitch locks etc) must be left at Parkland, this is to ensure your caravan can be moved safely, or in-case you forget yours.

Please note that Parkland does not allow dogs on site, this includes all day visitors.

Please note that restrictions apply to certain makes and ages of caravans.

On departing from your stay please ensure that your electric is disconnected and the lead is out of the way for grass cutting and your gas is turned off. You must not have more than two gas bottles with your unit and these must fit securely within your gas locker.

Should the ownership of your caravan change within the contract period all remaining fees must be settled and the unit removed from site, your pitch contract is not transferable to any other party.

You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your contact details or caravan information.

Parkland reserves the right to amend/change terms/facilities at any time without prior notice.
