At Parkland, we offer a variety of pitches to suit all unit sizes and holiday preferences.
Whether you are touring with a caravan, arriving in a motorhome, or pitching a tent you will find the right pitch for your comfort and convenience.
Small Grass Super Pitches
Perfect for smaller caravans, camper vans or motorhomes (up to 6m) and tents (up to 5m). Pitches measure 7m x 7m and are backed by natural hedgerow with colourful side gardens.
Facilities:

- Grey waste drainage
- Picnic bench
Standard Grass Super Pitches
Spacious 8m x 9m pitches for caravans, camper vans or motorhomes (up to 8m) with an awning, or larger tents (up to 7m). Each pitch is backed by natural hedgerow, sided by lollipop fencing with colourful side gardens.
Facilities:

- Mains water tap
- Grey waste drainage
- Picnic bench
Small Hard Standing Pitches
Ideal for smaller caravans, camper vans or motorhomes (up to 6m) on a gravel base of 7m x 7m. A sun canopy or porch awning may be erected.

Grey waste drainage is not available on this pitch type.
Standard Hard Standing Super Pitches
Generous 12m x 5m gravel based pitch, plus a side are of grass up to 3m. Ideal for caravans, camper vans and motorhome with an awning.

- Picnic bench
Superior Hard Standing Super Pitches - Ensuite
Same generous base as the Standard Super pitches, plus private ensuite washroom and colourful garden.

- Heated ensuite washroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail, hand dryer
The facilities are serviced daily by our housekeeping team.
Please note this pitch type is located near the road hedge.
Premier Super Pitches - Ensuite
Generous 10m x 5m gravel base plus up to 6m of grass. These pitches new for 2026 are suitable for caravans, camper vans and motorhomes (up to 8m) and tents (up to 7m) with private ensuite washroom. Each pitch is backed by natural hedgerow, sided by lollipop fencing with a colourful garden.

- Heated ensuite washroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail, hand dryer and hairdryer
Deluxe Super Pitches - Private Facilities
Our largest pitches are part-gravel, part-grass base up to 15m x 9m. Ideal pitches for caravans or motorhomes (up to 8m) and tents (up to 7m) with private facilities. The pitches are back by Devon hedgerows, shrubs and trees, divided by lollipop fencing and colouful planti

- Picnic bench and washing line
- *Private heated washroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, lighted mirror, hand dryer and hairdryer
- Share utility area for deluxe pitches only: sink, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, air fryer, iron and board
The facilities are serviced daily by our housekeeping team.
* One washroom has a bath and walk in shower, this option may be request on booking – subject to availability on arrival.
Additional Information
- Selected pitches can accommodate motorhomes up to 10m – please contact reception to check suitable pitch availability
- Parking for one car per pitch is included. Additional cars, small boats or trailers may be arrange – additional fees apply.
- All awnings, canopies, extensions and guy ropes must remain within your allocated pitching area.
- Requests for specific pitches or areas will be noted, but cannot be guaranteed.
- All pitches include 16amp electric hook-up (tested annually and approved by NICEIC) You must bring your own appropriate lead.
Our reservationist will be happy to happy to help if you are unsure on which pitch will suit your requirements.

- Only GREEN chemical fluid is permitted for the on-site chemical toilet waste disposal.
- Arrival Time: Pitches are available from 12.00pm onwards, latest arrival 7.00pm
- A later arrival may be possible (after 7pm) please contact the site to discuss
- Departure Time: All pitches to be vacated by 11.30am
- Gas and charcoal BBQ’s are permitted but must be raised from the ground
- Sorry, no disposable BBQ’s
- Please note BBQ’s may be subject to weather and ground conditions
- Quiet time from 10.00pm to 8.00am – please respect all site users
