The seasonal pitches are available from Easter to the end of October each year. Your seasonal pitch is on a twelve month contract, the fee of £1100.00 is payable every quarter (£275.00) by standing order. Included in your seasonal pitch fee is 65 nights use in your caravan by you (not transferable to family and friends), so you can enjoy weekend breaks and the annual family holiday. Additional nights can be arranged at a supplement. Should you wish to let family and friends use your caravan, this must be pre arranged and the normal site fees will apply. Please note NO SUB-LETTING. |

Storage Service |

When not in use, your caravan/boat is stored in a secured council licensed compound
Your caravan will be towed on and off site when required; there is no additional fee for this towing service if you are staying on site for two or more nights. This service is ideal for you if you have limited parking available at home or council restrictions. Please note you do not have to stay at Parkland to take advantage of this service. This facility will also improve your journey time to the area and allow you to bring your boat with you, without the need for a second car. You will find your caravan on your pitch all ready and waiting for you.

A storage service is offered at Parkland for your caravan or boat. When your caravan or boat is not in use, it will be stored in a secured Council Licensed compound.
